Green Bridge Holdings, Inc., a Wyoming corporation, was formed in 2010 for the purchase of the former Fort Union coal mine from Evergreen Energy, Inc. The transaction was closed in March, 2011. The project site is located at 3574 N. Garner Lake Road, northeast of Gillette, and strategically located north of the Wyodak mine and east of the Dry Fork mine.
The plan has been to reclaim the old mine pits, and develop the 300 acres lying south of the BNSF Campbell Sub rail line for industrial purposes. To that end, we have three existing tenants (Paintbrush Services, Black Bison Water Services and Synthetic Fuels) and have recently sold 35 acres to Atlas Carbon for their PRB coal to activated carbon production facility.
We are in the final planning stages for the Fort Union Rail Park, a BNSF served industrial park.
