I was 1st licensed as a Real Estate Broker in 1974 in Missouri. I have practiced in Wyoming since June of 1992. I was President of the Campbell County Board of REALTORS in 2002 and REALTOR of the year in 2002. I have worked as a Broker, Associate Broker, Sales Manager, Trainer & Team Leader over the last 22 years.
I was the #1 RE/MAX agent in Wyoming in 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007 . In 2006 I received the RE/MAX Hall of Fame Award and I am the only Agent in Wyoming that received the Chairman’s Club award twice. In 2007 I was ranked #3 out of 3,384 agents in a 5 state region which includes the states of North Dakota, South Dakota, Wyoming, Utah & all of Colorado. In 2013 I was awarded with the Lifetime Achievement award placing me in the top 1% of all RE/MAX associates worldwide. In 2007 I was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer and my career went on the shelf for about 5 years dealing with that and all the side effects of the treatments.
I was the #1 producing Commercial agent in Gillette in 2013. I work on commercial & Industrial real estate as well as business brokerage. I have worked hand in hand with local developers on projects such as the Western Way subdivision, North Hannum Road Industrial Park plus the Calamity Development’s Moon Meadow and Moon Shadow commercial tracts and Gillette Rental Companies Ariel Avenue Apartments with investors.
I was featured in RE/MAX A World of Winners, Volume III and have been quoted in the Gillette News Record, Casper Star Tribune, Rocky Mountain News and Denver Post. Some of his properties have been featured in the publications such as The Wall Street Journal, Robb Report, Unique Homes and DuPont Magazines.
