More than 70 people gathered at the Energy Capital Economic Development Enterprise Center Sept. 10 for a ribbon cutting and grand opening. Mayor Louise Carter-King, County Commission Chair Mark Christensen and Energy Capital ED Board Chair Dana Miller Eiland gave brief remarks. Then business incubator Director Judith Semple announced the new name for the incubator: FUEL Business Incubator. FUEL stands for Fostering Upstanding Entrepreneurial Leaders.
