Joe, a fifth-generation Wyoming resident who graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Wyoming in Mechanical Engineering, commenced his professional career as an intern with a small Wyoming Engineering Consulting firm, Baccari and Associates, in 1993. Throughout his career, he accumulated valuable experience while employed with organizations like McDonnell Douglas, Boeing, Aspen Power System Corporation, and Outokumpu Technology Inc. Joe rejoined Baccari and Associates in 2003, where he made significant contributions to a variety of engineering projects in collaboration with the PRECorp team.
In June 2013, his journey led him to Powder River Energy Corporation, where he initially assumed the role of Manager of Transmission and Substation Engineering and later progressed to Senior Manager of Transmission and Distribution Engineering. In 2023, Joe was chosen to serve as Vice President of Member Service, a role that highlights his proven ability to cultivate strong relationships with PRECorp's largest members and governing agencies.
