Bulk Material Processing Equipment Procurement

The Energy Capital Economic Development, (herein called ECED or Owner) is soliciting proposals for Bulk Material Processing Equipment for the benefit of the Wyoming Innovation Center. (WyIC). The project to be constructed at the Fort Union Industrial Park north of Gillette on Garner Lake Road.
Project funding includes a Wyoming Business Council Business Ready Community Grant (BRC) grant, a Federal Economic Development Administration (EDA) grant, Campbell County, and the City of Gillette. This project will be partially funded with Federal funds from the United States Department of Commerce, Economic Development Administration and therefore is subject to the Federal laws and regulations associated with that program.
The equipment being sought pertains to providing all necessary equipment, accessories, parts, costs associated with the appropriate system, and equipment listed in the Request for Proposal. ECED has retained Campbell County Public Works (County) to provide technical review, input, and project management services for the Project. Suppliers wishing to be considered should request a proposal package from Campbell County Public Works and submit the RFP for evaluation by the selection panel. Selection will be fee based. All fees for the project will be lump sum per category, or not to exceed.
Electronic proposals are due to Public Works by 3:00pm on Friday, October 29th, 2021.
Energy Capital Economic Development is not obligated by this announcement to award any contract.
